About the Role Business Insurance Representative
As a Business Insurance Representative, your main responsibility will be to engage with business owners and decision-makers, understand their unique risks, and present tailored insurance products that protect their operations. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping businesses secure coverage for property, liability, workers’ compensation, commercial auto, and other essential policies.
This role emphasizes strategic business-to-business marketing and relationship-building to expand our client base and deepen existing partnerships.
What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to connect with small to medium businesses.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with business owners.
  • Assess clients’ insurance needs through thorough risk analysis and consultative selling.
  • Present customized insurance solutions that fit each business’s unique profile and budget.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and customer service teams to ensure seamless client support.
  • Attend networking events, industry conferences, and community business functions to generate leads and raise brand awareness.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by driving new business acquisition and client retention.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
