"I recently decided to shop around for insurance rates. I found I was eligible to use a provider I didn't previously know was available to me (thanks Dad) and elected to give that new company a try. This required me to cancel my coverage with SF. I would like to share however that my experience with SF has been positive. We had a property claim and an auto comp claim, both of which went smooth. I also wanted to share that my experience with Anthony Raggi's agency, notably Katelyn Grimshaw was exceptional. Although I was canceling my policy, Katelyn assisted me with completing the cancelation in a friendly and helpful manner. In fact, I welcome a call from Katelyn in the future to see what SF would be able to offer for insurance rates again. Thank you."
