Customer Service Representative

About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience at every interaction. You will handle a variety of customer needs via phone, email, or text, providing clear information and timely solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions and concerns.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and contribute feedback to management.
  • Collaborate with Account Representatives by identifying and referring potential sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a positive, helpful attitude in all communications.

  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn company systems.
  • Bilingual Fluent English and Spanish speaker is a major plus.
